Reservation & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Some excursions may require a minimum number of participants; if so, we will inform you in advance.

Payment Methods

  • Online payment by credit card via a secure link

  • Bank transfer to our account

Please note: Service fees or bank charges may apply for card payments or international transfers.

Changes & Cancellations

Date change requests must be made at least 2 days prior to the cruise, subject to availability.

Cancellation fees:

  • Same day / No-show: 100% of the invoiced amount

  • Less than 48 hours before the cruise: 50% of the amount invoiced

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund

Important: Cancellations requested by customers due to weather conditions will not be refunded.

Cancellation by us

In the event of cancellation on our part for the following reasons:

  • Bad weather or sea conditions

  • Insufficient number of participants

  • Technical problems or force majeure

You will have the choice between:

  • Full refund, or

  • Postponing your cruise to another date, at no extra cost

We cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred by customers (flights, accommodation, etc.).

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all passengers take out comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for:

  • Cancellation or postponement of the trip

  • Emergency medical care and evacuations

  • Loss or damage to personal property
